Is Ask Ravia free?+
Yes. Your core numbers, chapter one of your reading, a daily forecast, one question a day to Ravia, and your first compatibility archetype are free, with no card. Full Clarity adds unlimited questions and the rest of the reading.
How does billing work?+
On the web, Full Clarity is billed through Stripe and renews weekly, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. In the iOS and Android apps it is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time from your profile; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What is the difference between the subscription and the PDF report?+
Full Clarity is ongoing access inside the app: unlimited chat, all chapters, full compatibility, the month ahead. The Complete Reading PDF is a one-time purchase you keep forever, emailed to you within minutes. It is sold separately from every plan.
Can I get a refund?+
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and are not charged again. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Do the numbers change if I subscribe?+
No. The math is the same for everyone and is shown on the methodology page. Paying unlocks more interpretation and more questions, never different numbers.
Are the readings written by a person?+
